Elder Scrolls Online

Zenimax Online Studios are given the reigns to develop Elder Scrolls Online with consulting from Bethesda. Set 1000 years before Skyrim. You can select nine races, three part of a faction and a specific region in Tamriel.

Ebonheart Pact – Argonian, Dunner and the Nord

Aldemeri Dominion – Altmer, Bosmer and Khajit

Daggerfall Convenant – Breton, Orc and Redguard

The factions are at war against each other trying to take over the Imperial City in this MMO.

Borderlands 2

2K Games’ Borderlands 2 looks as promising as ever. Set five years after the first game, Pandora is now ruled by someone named Handsome Jack took credit for the hero’s actions and took over the Hyperion corporation. A new team is tasked with stopping Jack and rescuing the previous team from the previous entry. Dishonored

From game designer Harvey Smith who brought us titles such as Ultima and Deus Ex comes this new IP. A steam-punk, stealth-shooter – Dishonored follows Corvo Atano, a bodyguard who is framed for the assassination of the Empress of the city Dunwall. Besides using close-quarter weapons and firearms Convo has supernatural abilities to fight opponents. There are several ways to approach a situation much like Deus Ex.

Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance

Don’t expect stealth-action from this Metal Gear game. Development was handed over to Platinum Games, the folks who made Bayonetta and they’re sticking to the fast paced, slice-and-dice nature that Raiden exhibited way back in Metal Gear Solid 4.

Resident Evil 6

Zombies return along with Leon Kennedy and Chris Redfield. The game will follow three storylines and each is a unique style of gameplay most likely to cater to every RE fan. Leon Kennedy’s escape from a burning zombie infested city as he searches for a missing girl reminiscent of the classic Resident Evil emphasizing horror and suspense. Chris Redfield’s level is a gun-blazing shooter on a rooftop and the new character Jake is constantly on the run from a boss-like Nemesis.

DmC:  Devil May Cry

Ninja Theory is given the helm on the Devil May Cry reboot. Dante has two styles of combat, light and dark, that can mixed together into combos filling a meter. Devil Trigger mode can be activated within combos. The environment changes to black and white and Dante will dish out more damage. Ninja Theory is trying to bring Dante back to his roots in the fifth installment.
